Return and Refund Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email customer service at canopuscandleca@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to:

- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns should be unopened, in brand new condition, and include all original packaging and materials.
- Canopus Candle is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected returns.
- Report any incorrect items within 3 days and return them within 7 business days of delivery.
- Include video or photos of damaged items along with images of the shipping label, box, and product packaging for our review to assess eligibility for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged returns of new items will not be eligible for refunds.
- Ensure all approved returns are properly labeled and shipped to the designated return address.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or returned due to incorrect or missing address information, including typos in street names, numbers, or other details.
- Re-routing of shipments is not available.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Policies may change without notice.
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement due to fast processing. Cancellations requested after 10 minutes require email approval.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, and approve your refund request, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven days from receipt for processing, and you will receive an email notification once your return is completed.
